Thirty-five years ago ROLLSTAR became the first manufacturer to supply both hydraulic motors and planetary gear reducers. This resulted in the emergence of the fluid motor concept which, since that time, has become synonymous with:

Modular hydraulic motors and planetary gear reducers are produced in series on the most modern machines and in large quantities for a torque range of 1,500 Nm to 2,000,000 Nm. There is also a large number of design variants for the input and output shaft ends, providing a solution to virtually all applications. Special requirements can be processed quickly by our CAD-supported engineering office and flexible production techniques, in which the whole manufacturing process takes place at our own works, ensure punctual order completion. Extensive stocks guarantee short delivery times when required. Standard spareparts can therefore be available within 72 hours at every international airport.

The factory employs a workforce of 50, and exports its products worldwide (export share in excess of 90%).

Rollstar has been certified to ISO 9001 since 1993. The company optained in 2002 the certification ISO 9001:2000, which focus on measuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement of processes ensuring dynamic evolution of quality Management System.
