We at ROLLSTAR AG are aware of the paramount importance that must be placed on the speed of service, repair and overhaul of the many units currently in operation throughout the world. With this in mind we have developed a highly efficient and fully stocked service centre to cater for all returned units in any state of disrepair.

As a standard all units, upon receipt are dismantled and examined within 72 hours, a detailed inspection report and quotation is also produced within this time. This quotation will also include the implementation of the many improvements that have taken place over the years that has helped to increase their working life and reduce costly downtimes. These modifications have increased the robustness of the units and have helped to increase the available torque and speed capabilities which are required in today's more strenuous working environment. 

Once the customer's purchase order is received and when standard "off the shelf" components are required the repair will be completed within a further five working days, this includes a full working test and certification. Only ROLLSTAR has the necessary knowledge, expertise and available spares to enable the repair of your units to your complete satisfaction with regard to "Quality, Speed and Competitive Pricing", therefore a full six-month unlimited hours warranty is included on all repairs.
