Marketing + Sales
Under marketing, we understand all activities that enable a successful sales, while a consistent customer orientation is always at the forefront. Our marketing activities include:
Market research, analysis of customers and competitors, definition of the segmentation of applications, as well as positioning and composition of the marketing mix, applying the following advertising / promotional media:
- direct promotion by personal site visits, telephone conferences, e-mails
- exhibitor on international fairs
- advertisements in trade magazines
- technical articles in trade magazines
- Internet and webpage
- Catalogues and corporate brochure
These activities are conducted primarily by marketing + sales team and actively supported by the other department managers.
The same team is also attending quotations and purchase orders, repair reports, coordination of national and international deployment of service technicians, as well as assisting with technical support in case of problems. All members of staff of the team did graduate a technical education and were working several years in the technical department.
This ensures at any time a competent and issue-related processing of customer’s demands.
